Saxophone and Flute “Different Worlds” Concert

Enjoy an exploration of traditional music from across the globe with saxophonist Alastair Wright and flutist Brian Allred in Galaudet Gallery’s Tower Room.

This Sunday afternoon concert called "Different Worlds" which will be an exploration of traditional musical cultural identities from across the globe, and a celebration of the increasing transnationalism in our daily lives. Through improvisation and the performance of contemporary works, British saxophonist Alastair Wright presents musical impressions of Ethiopia, Armenia, the Middle East, China, Japan and Columbia. He will be joined by flutist Brian Allred.
